Parmesan “Chips” - Crispy And Delicious
These crispy parmesan “chips” are DELICIOUS. I mostly like them on pastas, but used in a salad is great too. I tend to eat them as is also!
Ingredients:
2 oz shredded parmesan
Tools needed:
Sheet pan
Parchment paper
Oven
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 350
Lay parchment paper over sheet pan. Take good size pinches of the parmesan and place into rough circles on the parchment. I like to arrange 8 of these “chips” on the sheet pan in a thin layer. See photo below.
Bake for 8-12 minutes or until they start to brown. Keep an eye on the as they burn rather quickly!
