How to make it:

Cold smoke gun, fantastic way to add some smoke flavor to the salt paprika seasoned salt

Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Cover with tin foil leaving a small section loose for the hose to be inserted.

Add 2 good pinches of the wood chips to the bowl on the smoker Place tip of the hose into the bowl and snuggly wrap tin foil around the hose. Turn the machine on and light the wood chips with a lighter or torch. Smoke will be injected into the bowl with the spices and salt, let smoke gun run for 30 seconds or until smoke stops. Turn machine off and quickly remove the hose and wrap the small section of foil tight that was loose where the hose was placed. Let sit with the smoke for 2-3 minutes, giving the bowl a gentle shake to mix the paprika salt with the smoke. You can repeat this process as few times if desired.

This paprika seasoned salt is best if used within a few weeks so smoke flavor is at its best. Great on steaks, chicken, eggs and pork! Check out my Cast iron seared NY strip this salt would be awesome on!

Enjoy!
