Sweet And Spicy Rub - Perfect For BBQ!

Delicious sweet and spicy rub that is amazing on smoked pulled pork, grilled or baked chicken and on tri tip.

Ingredients:

1/4 c turbinado sugar

2 tbsp kosher salt

1 tbsp fresh cracked pepper

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp dried oregano

Tools needed:

Measuring spoons

Measuring cups

Mixing bowl

Wire whisk

How to make it:

This is super easy to make. Literally measure out your sugar, salt and spices placing them all in a mixing bowl. Give it a mix with your wire whisk breaking any clumps. Store in a mason jar with a good sealing lid. Check my link above for ones I regularly use.

The best, freshest spices will make for a better tasting rub. Use what you can get your hands on though!

This is best when used within 3 months. Of course, it will stay good indefinitely.
