3 Ingredient Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies
Eggless peanut butter cookies decorated with chocolate
I love making these peanut butter cookies because they are so easy and have only 3 ingredients. I'd say they're on the healthier side with a nice chewy texture to them. All peanut butter flavor with some banana flavor in the back. There's nothing for the peanut butter to hide behind. No flour, butter or anything else unnecessarily added. Peanut butter, banana and sugar… that is it!
Ingredients:
1 c peanut butter (homemade or all natural)
1 ripe banana
1/4 c sugar
Tools needed:
Mixing bowl
Wire whisk
Measuring cup
Baking sheet
Parchment paper
Oven of course
How to make them:
Peel and cut bananas into 1 inch thick slices. Place in mixing bowl and mash with wire whisk.
Peel banana and place in mixing bowl along with sugar. Mash bananas with whisk until broken up. Add the sugar and mix with the mashed banana until a rough puree is formed. Add peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Using your hands, form a small piece of cookie dough into a golf ball size and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Form peanut butter dough into golf ball size pieces and place on baking sheet.
Place cookies on parchment lined baking sheet and toss in the oven.
Bake 375 for 15 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with some chocolate (kisses).
Add some chocolate on top of cookies for an extra special treat.
